FOREWORD
For the third time in less than a year and a half, Vigo-Tortosa offroad shaft was re-activated to launch an incursion into northern Africa during the first days of October 2010. This time four drivers (Amarok, Richy, Oscar and myself) would complete a tour of six days and 1500 kms from the High Atlas, or exploring new areas, by visiting familiar places. Part of the route was a revenge taste, as we set out to complete a couple of routes that, because of high river flows were not possible in April 2009. Another incentive for the issue 2010 was the participation of a KTM 950 super enduro, a mass compared to the rest of the bikes, two DRZ400E and a KTM640. The performance of the 950 was a great mystery, we knew that would track well, but serious albergábamos trialeras suspicions about its capabilities in the more complicated steps.
With these assumptions, constraints and prospects Saturday night we met Oct. 2 involved with cars, trailers and motorcycles in the shipping terminal in Algeciras. Throughout the next day would travel to Midelt, where pernoctaríamos and where offroad route beginning itself:

Day1: MIDELT-BOUMALNE. 320 kms
The trip home was mostly asphalt, I estimate that some 70 kms south road we came to the foothills of the Atlas Zaouia near Sidi Hamza, from where they would take the first clues towards Amouguer .

The monkeys, even with the fairing and maxidepósitos, had it easier, of course:
Once passed, the rubble of the promenade our course on track to a strange groove that encouraged progress:
So glad, right?
But the good thing you know it is short, and soon returned to the usual Moroccan tracks, with its cracks, its holes, its irregularities ...
As shown in the photo, take a wallet resistant is of paramount importance in a motorcycle of more than 200 kilos, otherwise you can crush them in each drop. Then followed
nicest tracks
nicest tracks
suitable for medium and large motorcycles:
a stop outside Tamagourt to take our clothes and put us on the map
and marched Assoul road, passing by the Tizi Tagountza previously, at the base of the burdens again,

the help fast road
fools and trips result of the inexorable force of gravity:
The thing would rise:
The most random port, curiously, was at the base:
See, see:
Once passed the initial holes track stood quietly and admitted a curious tunnel-bridge built in 1933
then we gave it to handle over a little or nothing beautiful moors:
until you reach the nearest bar, where the Orange team took to orchestrate the team strategy against Suzuki team:

Case is that we launched, so we decided not to follow Tinerhir as we had expected and preferred to go directly to Boumalne, after refueling in the service area of \u200b\u200bAït-Hani:
The crew chief insisted on taking a look at the manifold screws Adventure , which threatened to break loose at any time, but eventually left without passing the review so busy workshop

The KTMs doing teamwork:
During a break in the bottom of a ravine passed us a caravan of mules and women. No comments.
And just before leaving permanently to asphalt, meadow with alternative colors to browns, ocher and beige, a relaxation for the eyes:
With the last rays of the afternoon we reached the gorges of Dades and snakelike road, probably the most photographed road across Morocco:
Just before sunset we arrived at Boumalne, watering holes to start the next day with early morning light.
To be the first day the miles had been remarkable, so satisfied with making contact, we went to the hotel for dinner and rest. The most delicious stories of the day certainly had given the Oscar and Superenduro, which accumulated 3 falls, setting a daily average worrying accompany you throughout the trip. Lucky is a stocky, muscular type, a less strong sure soon succumbs to much milk and tumble.
